Stopping and Blocking

Though the project has taken on quite a dynamic form, the [R]ed[U]x Lab team must adhere to the technical and regulatory issues outlined by The Stop Night Market organizers ranging from counter space, canopy clearance, and footprint limits.  Here are a couple of details that most people would not see at the Night Market event, however these unseen elements are critical to the project's success.

Blocking elements have been inserted to ensure an adequate connection may be made to the tensioned wooden bands around the cart.

 In order to ensure the cart is fixed and secure when deployed on site, the team created a simple kick to lock the cart in place.
